As a Certified High Performance Coach with a special place in my heart for all things love and relationships, I've dedicated myself to helping incredible people (yes, like you!) level up their self-love game. Why? Because I believe that the magic of a fulfilled life starts with how we love ourselves. Through our group sessions and one-on-one chats (imagine us cozying up with a beve of your choice), we’ll explore what it means to truly embrace yourself, quirks and all, and how that self-love is the key to unlocking the most beautiful, loving connections and relationships.

I had the career success and yet, what I wanted more than anything seemed to be the very thing I was afraid I'd never have.

In becoming a divorced single mom who dated for a decade-ish, I had grown to be not much of a fan or believer in love (no wonder it had a hard time showing up).

Life had dealt me quite the hand and after experiencing significant loss, for the first time in a long time, my focus shifted from trying to find love, to trying to find me.

When I fell in love with me, love walked in and fell in love with me too.
